Ingredients

  • ¾ Cup Almond milk Unsweetened
  • 2 tbsps Honey
  • 1 tbsp Active dry yeast
  • Cup Brown rice flour
  • 1 Cup Arrowroot starch
  • ¼ Cup Almond flour Toasted
  • teaspoon Baking powder
  • teaspoon Guar gum
  • ½ teaspoon Sea salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Almond oil
  • teaspoon Apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  • Warm milk and honey to 98. Add yeast and stir. Let stand for 10 minutes. If the yeast is foaming it is activating.  *In the colder months warm your milk and honey to around 110
  • In a separate bowl add brown rice flour, corn starch, almond flour, baking powder, guar gum and salt. Set aside.
  • Place eggs, almond oil, and apple cider vinegar in mixer bowl. Mix for 10 seconds on speed 1 with paddle attachment.
  • Add yeast mixture to bowl with wet ingredients and mix on speed 1, for 30 seconds.
  • Add in ½  dry mixture to wet mixture, and mix. Add the second ½ of the dry ingredients into the wet and mix for 1 minute. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl and mix again for 1 minute. Dough should be soft.
  • Preheat oven to 425.
  • Scoop batter onto greased pizza pan. Smooth the surface with offset spatula or wet hands. Make sure your hands aren’t too damp when smoothing dough into the size pizza you want. Let rise for 5 minutes.
  • Bake for 12 minutes. Take out of the oven and place sauce and toppings on pizza.
  • Bake again until cheese is melted, or around 12-15 minutes.
