Ingredients
- 1½ Pounds Chicken Ground
- ¼ White onion diced
- ½ Cup White rice cooked
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Coconut aminos
- 1 tsp Parsley Dried
- 1 tsp Rosemary Dried
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1-2 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375. Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Pour and press in the prepared pan, and bake for 40-60 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean or the internal temperature is 165.*You can substitute any ground meat in this recipe. These make great burgers too.
