Ingredients

  • Pounds Chicken Ground
  • ¼ White onion diced
  • ½ Cup White rice cooked
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp Parsley Dried
  • 1 tsp Rosemary Dried
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1-2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375. Grease a loaf pan.
  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Pour and press in the prepared pan, and bake for 40-60 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean or the internal temperature is 165.
    *You can substitute any ground meat in this recipe. These make great burgers too.
