  • 1 tbsp Almond butter
  • ½ scoop Vanilla sunwarrior protein powder
  • 1-2 tbsp Maple
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp Ground ginger
  • 1 scoop Ice


  • Add all ingredients to a high powered blender, blend until smooth.
