Bio

Janice Leung is currently a student at the University of California, Davis majoring in Biomedical Engineering. Passionate about improving the wellbeing of others through healthcare and technology, she plans to pursue a career in the medical field after completing her undergraduate studies. Janice has been interested in skin conditions for many years, and has developed a curiosity about bioengineering applications and new research advancements. She enjoys sharing her experiences and what she has learned because she believes that education and awareness is the first step to successful prevention and medical treatment. In addition, Janice is highly active in the American Medical Student Association, Davis chapter which is dedicated to supporting the community through public service, educational outreach, and healthcare advocacy. Janice overall hopes to learn how she can apply her bioengineering skills and skincare knowledge to help others lead a healthier and happier life.
